1. 50 % Down payment is non-refundable, but limited to re-schedule the settled day, however our confirmation for the re-scheduled day is important.

2. Client must be responsible for taking care of the unit(s) while at site, for any misuse/mistreatment of the equipment.

3. Sound Movers will not be liable for any technical problem may occur, however, our accountability is limited only for the equipment rented out for the event.

4. Please allow our technical team to set up the equipment 30 to 60 minutes setup time before start of the event, may vary depend on the equipment  used for the event.

5. Confirmed reservation, must present proof of payment (via-email), email confirmation, or (official receipt).

6. Any item not indicated herein may require additional payment.

7. This quotation is applicable for selected metro manila area only, out of town charges may apply.

 

 

 

 

 

SOUNDMOVERS LIGHTS AND SOUNDS SYSTEM SERVICES

 

                   This price includes transportation, installation, operation and assistance of 4 to 6 sound technicians and technical aides. Meal and refreshment of the technical crew while at site shall be to your account.

                   We hope this proposal merits your approval. Payment Terms :  50% down payment upon signing of the contract (serve as your reservation )

                                50 % full payment upon set up

Payment Terms : 100% full payment on or before the event.
